The Job:
• We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic intern to join our team, to provide administrative & marketing support whilst also being exposed to a wide variety of daily business challenges.
• This position requires an Intern who is confident at communicating, is pro-active, efficient, organized and able to work using their own initiative. The Intern will be exposed to some confidential information and therefore also needs to be discreet and trustworthy.
The Daily:
• Provide administrative and marketing support across the International Licensee Team – Senior Management, Global & Local Video Team, Finance and Analytics.
• Responsible for keeping contact and distribution lists up to date and setting up / deleting partners and contacts in various WB marketing systems as relevant.
• Team support on collation of information and assets; polling clients and compiling data to support the video team; polling clients for premium items & organizing the shipping of; tracking title chart information from client websites/platforms.
• Working with the video marketing executive to ensure marketing materials are uploaded and shared with partners as needed for key title and catalog releases.
• Perform regular Store and Social Media checks, capturing new release highlights. Collate Marketing Highlights & Best Practices across all licensee partners.
• Supporting the Global Account team in running store promotions on digital platforms.
• Coordination of travel arrangements including flights, hotels and itinerary of all trips., when required.
• Diary management and maintenance of team holiday tracker.
• Co-ordination of internal and external meetings. Co-ordination with other support staff for organizing management meetings.
• Expenses management using the Concur system.
• Generation of purchase orders and coding of invoices using SAP.
• Typing of letters, memos, reports, and general correspondence as appropriate.
• Responsible for ordering new office equipment as required.
The Essentials:
• You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2023.
• Well-organized with a key eye for detail
• Friendly outgoing nature
• PC literate with a good understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal
• Flexible, committed, and motivated
• Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
• Passion and interest for Film & Entertainment
The Nice-to-Haves:
• Preferred degrees, but not essential, include Marketing, Film & Media, and Business Management related courses.
