Job Description

The Job:
• To assist the Commercial Planning and Analysis team on all projects in preparation and presentation to stakeholders across all divisions .
• Assist in consolidating information into a clear narrative that identifies issues and highlights opportunities and risks to support recommendations.
• Provide regular communication to all stakeholders regarding project status.

The Daily:
• Consolidation and preparation of data to support analysis
• Meeting attendance to take minutes and record actions
• Preparation of presentations and slides for review
• Ownership of team admin and project tracking
• Recording and tracking Key Performance Indicators
• Research Industry trends and present key findings to team
• Support the CP&A team i n all areas and a ssist in ad-hoc projects and requests, as necessary .

The Essentials
• Part way through a Business, Accounting
or other relevant degree
• Exhibit curiosity and retention of industry practices, trends and new developments across the evolving content and distribution landscape.
• Knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint to an intermediate level.
• Able to work independently and self-motivate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
• Proactive in seeking improvements to current procedures .
• A nalytical, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team or individually with minimal supervisory direction
• Ability to work under pressure, deadline focussed

The Nice-to-Haves
• Previous holiday work in an office environment may be helpful
