Job Description
Projects:
• Support new market launches for Max Ad-Lite.
• Optimize ad enablement mechanisms for content conditioning, rights, and restrictions.
• Evolve the global ad product suite.
• Maintain business reporting for health checks and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
• Optimize the strategic roadmap and execution of ad formats and user experiences on Max.
• Expand WBD's portfolio of advertising products to position us as an industry innovation leader.
• Reimagine and refine ad inventory into consumer-friendly experiences.
• Leverage scale and supply/demand dynamics to drive incremental value across ad products.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineering, research, strategy, and ad sales teams to enhance ad-supported experiences for both streamers and advertisers.
• Develop configurable ad experiences that align with business needs and strategies.

Goals:
• Enhance the Ad-Lite experience to boost customer retention and advertiser value.
• Foster collaboration across international teams to implement a holistic, global ad-supported strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
• Experience and/or knowledge in advertising or advertising products within a streaming service is a major plus
• Must be a 1st year MBA student
• Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)
• All 2025 MBA interns will be selected from the attendees of the in-person (held in Burbank, CA) OR Virtual MBA Trek. All eligible applicants must attend the trek.
• Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program.

• The duration of the program is 10-12 weeks depending on the student's availability

Program dates
• Option #1: 6/2/2025- 8/15/2025
• Option #2: 6/9/2025- 8/22/2025
• Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
• Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired.
• Relocation is not provided.
• The recruiting process will take place from November through February. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $45 per hour USD for MBA Interns.

Salary Details
Salary: $45.00 Per Hour ($ USD)
