Your New Role
Ever wonder where the movie and TV images on your streaming platforms and digital storefronts come from? As a Project Manager Intern for WBD Image Localization Services' WBP WW Marketing Services, you can do more than find out - you can help get the artwork where it needs to go! Image Localization Services (ILS) creates, localizes, and delivers artwork images that appear directly on screens, mobile, and digital platforms. In most cases, the images we work with are the last images consumers around the globe see before making the last click' and then the entertainment begins! In this fast-paced, creative, and detail-oriented department, you'll be exposed to the nitty-gritty processes and workflows that engage and directly impact the consumer experience.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Helps facilitate and support digital production and image localization for global digital clients, including International HBO Max and upcoming International Max rollout, for all WB IP as well as oversight of HBO, Turner and partner assets.
• Assists with scheduling and tracking for image creation and execution of titles in relation to HBO Max/Max SVOD, EST, VOD, PEST, and PVOD launches, backfills and gap-fills.
• Tracks delivery of source materials and assets to various vendors as needed, as well as tracking final materials delivery to destination archives and clients.
• Provides day-to-day technical support for internal teams regarding delivery of assets to internal archives as Adstream, Box, Nest, Aviary, iTunes, Amazon and more.
• Provides administration support as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude
• Macintosh with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Suite including InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator and other digital software

• Familiarity with Monday.com, Airtable
• Must be actively enrolled in a US accredited college or university degree p rogram for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
• Must be a rising Junior, Senior or Graduate Student (18 years or older)
• Must be in academic good standing ( 3.0
or above GPA)

Interns will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. R elocation is not provided.
Interviewing will take place from
October through mid- December . A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $19 per hour USD for undergrad interns, $25 per hour USD for graduate level interns.
