Intern, Social Creative (Summer 2026)

As a Social Creative Intern for SEA, you'll join a fast-moving team that ideates, produces, and edits trend-forward short-form videos to power campaigns for the new season of our premium, top-rated series, our latest movie launches, and top K-dramas. You'll learn the full content craft, from concept and storyboard to shoot, edit, and publish, while mapping platform trends, localising for Southeast Asian audiences, and applying our brand tone of voice to deliver culturally resonant, high-impact social work. Good command of English, with bonus points if you bring Korean or another SEA language to the mix.
What you'll learn
• Tentpole campaign craft (series, movies, K-dramas). Conceptualizing reactive/meme formats, BTS/talent social shoots, and rapid content support around key beats for premium titles.
• Trend literacy & platform fluency. Spot and translate TikTok/Reels/Shorts trends into brand-compliant creative formats, using hooks.
• End-to-end production craft. From ideation through editing in CapCut and Adobe (Premiere/Photoshop), with emphasis on narrative flow, tempo, and in-visual captions to drive engagement and views.
• Localization & SEA nuance. Adapting concepts to local culture and fandoms, and calibrating for market-specific relevancy.
• Tone of voice & brand guardrails. Applying our regional and global tone of voice and social strategies to keep content aligned with editorial standards while still feeling native to each platform and local market.
• Creative resilience & agility. Operating in fast turnarounds with calm, methodical workflows that maintain quality under pressure.
• Cross-functional ways of working. Collaborating with our producers and Social Marketing country leads, keeping timelines clear and ensuring on-time delivery.
Qualifications/Experience
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in creating content for blogs, social media, or websites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good to have - passion in entertainment and pop culture, follows industry trend and engaged with our content / product.
Interested applicants must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months full-time, starting from May/June 2026. Applicants must also be enrolled at a University during the internship period and have the right to work in Singapore.
