The Team
The Partner Marketing team services more than 50 partners across SEA including Hong Kong and Taiwan. The Partner Marketing team's mission is to ensure our partners promote our key content, channels and services ranging from movies, lifestyle, wildlife, general entertainment and kids genres across all their platforms.
As a team, we are responsible for strategizing and promoting brand and key content awareness on partner platforms to drive acquisition and retention of subscribers. We also provide training and sales force engagement to keep our brands and channels top of mind amongst partner sales teams.
The Job
Campaigns
• Collate and populate partner's efforts on post-campaign reports
Asset Management
• Asset retrieval (key arts, promos, and all related assets for all channels)
• Coordinating and distributing asset requirements of partners
• Brief in creative requirements of partners
• Creating a detailed organization of references for any future requirements.
Monthly Duties
• Churn out blurbs and prep images of monthly programs
• Prepare monthly channel highlights and key title promos for partners
• Upload monthly EPGs and metadata to partners and manage revisions and notifications when necessary
Admin
• General office management, operational coordination and administrative support
• Assisting team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Managing premiums inventory and coordination with warehouse on retrieval and shipments
The Essentials
• Be able to commit for 3 to 6 months full-time from May 2023 onwards.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop
• Be a confident and effective communicator and able to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Be organized, detail oriented and an independent team player who is able to prioritize tasks and deadlines
• A passionate individual about all things that thrives on delivering exciting and show stopping campaigns and content.
