Marketing & Publicity Graduate Internship (WB Ireland)

Your New Role...

As t he Marketing & Publicity Graduate Intern , you will play a n integral role in this small team . D uring your time will be split between marketing and publicity
on Film (cinema and Home Entertainmen t) as well as Games .

Your Role Accountabilities:
• W ork ing closely with the UK marketing and publicity teams , support the development of creative marketing campaigns for film and gaming releases .
• Work with Irish media agency on role out of media campaign s in Ireland, supporting the team on campaign reporting.
• Work on team planning and execution of events, press screenings, and premieres – working with the relevant suppliers , m anag ing R SVP list s, t icketing distribution.
• Working with publicity on maintaining up-to-date media and invite lists.
• Manage the orders and promotion plans for film merchandise.
• Work with the digital team and agen c y on building War ner B ros . social presence .
• Carrying out day-to-day admin tasks to support department.

Note: Due to the nature of this work you will be required to work at evening/weekend events.

Qualifications & Experience...
• You must be a recent or soon-to-be university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2021
• Marketing, Communication s, Business Studies
or Media Studies undergraduate preferred.
• Must be well organised and disciplined , with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and work with limited supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
• Strong a t tention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• D igital savvy, with understanding
of social media platforms.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Some previous work experience would be advantageous.
• An interest in the film, entertainment and media industry.

The Internship...
• Salary: €28,000
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Start Date: Likely to be 14 th August 2023
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
