Job Description
The JobThis role aims to support the Local Original Production (LOP) team in the planning, coordination and execution of scripted local productions. The Intern will assist in development, production and post-production processes while gaining hands-on experience in content planning, internal coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
The position provides exposure to creative development, production tracking, approval workflows and communication processes within a global media company.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Supporting the Manager and LOP team in day-to-day production and development tasks.
• Assisting in tracking all phases of production including development, pre-production, shooting, post-production and delivery.
• Preparing meeting notes, presentations and internal documents for greenlight and status meetings.
• Supporting the coordination between producers, writers, directors and internal WBD teams.
• Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of approval processes (including PIC documentation where required).
• Helping track production timelines and contractual delivery deadlines.
• Supporting communication with Marketing, PR and other relevant departments regarding upcoming content launches.
• Assisting in organizing and archiving production materials and assets.
• Supporting performance reporting and analysis processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Conducting basic market and content research to support development processes.
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the LOP team.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Media, Communication, Film, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in the entertainment industry and local scripted productions.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
