The Job
We are looking for a creative, hyper-organized, and dynamic coordinator to hit the ground running, supporting US Internship Program and Early Career Programs. Our team loves a challenge and is looking for someone who feels the same and is ready to bring their own ideas to make the team the best it can be. The coordinator will have an interest in working for a world-class intern program, communicating with students, managers, and universities, and enjoy helping create a noteworthy experience for everyone that engages with our programs.
The Daily
• Provide operational support for intern and early career program initiatives
• Support with logistical aspects of running the US internship program day to day including: posting of open intern opportunities on Handshake, tracking candidate workflows, career fair sign-ups, etc.
• Maintain Intern Program Mailbox to ensure all communications are responded to in a timely manner and escalated to the appropriate team member
• Send all calendar holds and program comms via the intern program mailbox
• Workday Point of Contact for the Intern Team including generation of offer letters, tracking requisitions, etc.
• Responsible for Intern Acceptance Sheet to track all intern hires
• Create, design and edit Google Forms, Slides, Sheets etc. for team use
• Ensure team shared drives are neat and organized
• Schedule and coordinate Intern and Early Career Team events and needs
• Work with Facilities and Warehouse to send out intern swag
• Assist with ad hoc projects for the team
The Essentials
• 0-1 years of intern or professional experience in the HR, recruitment or campus space preferred
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortability with GSuite products: Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in an applicant tracking system (ATS) is preferred; experience with Workday is a plus
• Experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $81,120.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
