Join the Creative Services and Marketing teams at WBD, where you'll play a hands‑on role supporting the ideation, creation, localisation, and delivery of best‑in‑class creative assets and marketing materials across Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Consumer Products, Games, and wider global initiatives.

There are a variety of Placement positions within the Creative Services Design division, therefore the below job description is not exhaustive of all activities you may undertake during your internship.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Assist with the sourcing, organisation, and management of creative and marketing assets across various campaigns and platforms.
• Support the creation, adaptation, and delivery of artwork and campaign materials in line with brand guidelines and market requirements.
• Help maintain digital asset management systems and internal project trackers to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Contribute to creative requests, presentations, and event‑related materials as needed.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support the smooth running of day‑to‑day creative and marketing operations.
• Maintain project tracking, documentation, and timelines, while working effectively to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Learn and develop board range of creative skills including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign).

Qualifications & Experience...
• You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
• Currently studying a creative, graphic design, media, or relevant undergraduate course.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); additional tools are a bonus.
• Strong organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a quick learner with a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrates creativity, passion for film/entertainment, and enthusiasm for developing design and marketing skills.
The Internship…
• Salary: £27,000 p/a
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Start Date: 6th July 2026
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
• You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers' series, special screenings and more.

Next Steps…
• Stage 1: Submit your CV by Sunday 1st February (you will not be able to apply after this date).
• Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue. The deadline for this is Sunday 8th February.
• Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interview via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in February.
• Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place in April.
