Your New Role…

We are looking for interns to join the Consumer Products team based in Shanghai. Interns will have the opportunity to support either Softline or Hardline teams and you should be able to commit for at least 4 days a week for 6 months.

Softline

The team focuses on consumer products for Fashion, Home and Publishing.

Hardline

The team focuses on consumer products for Toy, FHB and Promotion. As an intern in the Hardline team, you will also be involved in supporting mall event business and hologram project.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Some of your tasks may include:
• Collecting royalty reports from licensees, verify format and ensure data accuracy
• Consolidating data and preparing reports
• Supporting deal request information collection which includes company introduction, 3 years business plan, financial statement, Credit Information Package and more
• Monitoring industry news, market trends and latest practices relating to project development, marketing and distribution of the retail goods your team is working on
• Assisting with sample quantity count, recording and ensuring documentation is done properly
• Supporting team's major events such as Licensee Summit
• Licensees launch case study deck
• Supporting ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications & Experience…
• Studying towards a bachelor or master degree in any degree specialization with interest in retail industry
• Be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
• Be proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Be a confident and effective communicator and connect with internal and external stakeholders
• Be organized, detail oriented and an independent team player who is able to prioritize tasks and deadlines
• Possess integrity to maintain confidentiality all times regarding confidential and business information
• Be able to commit for 3-4 days a week for 6 months
