The User Enablement team supports Global Tech initiatives through strong communication, training and change adoption processes. Functions across the department include communications that enable the users to use and identify technology resources utilized across the company, technology training for specific systems being used company wide, video training support and change adoption for new collaboration tools that enable a better work experience across UMG.

User Enablement-Communications
How you'll CREATE:
• Support article development, including writing and copy editing, for the TechKnow News
• Support communications from the CIO, including assisting in developing recaps for the monthly all-hands meeting
• Content development support for training initiatives
• Participation in weekly department meetings
• Assist in conducting training sessions on technology items used at UMG
• Other duties as assigned

Bring your VIBE:
• Strong communications skills, including writing and copy editing
• Interest and basic understanding of technology
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technology and support the team through research and communication
• Experience with writing articles, briefs or newsletters preferred but not mandatory

Change Management
How you'll CREATE:
• Supports change strategies for multiple technology initiatives including security.
• Works collaboratively with business and project leaders and other impacted departments, and coordinates efforts across stakeholder groups. 
• Assists with creating and implementing comprehensive communication plans for all levels of the business
• Creating clear and concise messaging and assets for technology strategic initiatives that engage stakeholders across multiple channels and territories.
• Works with internal training team to provide virtual instructor-led courses when applicable

• Currently working towards a MS, or advanced degree

User Experience Research (UXR)

How you'll CREATE:
The User Enablement & Experience team supports Global Tech initiatives through strong user research, user enablement, and recommendations on strategy based on research outcomes. Functions across the department include conducting user research (interviews, survey design, usability testing, A/B testing, etc), synthesizing research data, data analysis, and supporting a change adoption plan for new collaboration tools that enable a better work experience across UMG.
• Conducting user research using a variety of methods (user interviews, surveys, polls, data analysis, usability testing, and more)
• Synthesizing research results to find key themes across use cases
• Conducting discovery sessions with user groups to understand their current and desired collaboration tech tools

Bring your VIBE:
• Familiar with collaboration tech stack (monday.com, O365, Zoom, Lucid/Miro, etc.),
• Understanding of various UX research methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strategic thinking
• Currently working towards a MS, or advanced degree
