Technical Operations
How you'll CREATE:
• Develop dashboards and reports showing workload metrics and infrastructure device metrics 
• Assist in updating the CMDB  
• Evaluate the Knowledge Base (KB) articles and transition other docs into the KB 
• ''Ride-along'' with network, server, and identity engineers to trouble issues 
• Conduct a survey of UPS (uninterruptible power supply) devices to validate configurations 
• Yubikey certificate refresh project - interacting with engineers update their Yubikey security fobs 
• Support Global Protect VPN login issues 
• Contact calling/emails to follow up on potential security issues

Tech Support
How you'll CREATE:
• Reviewing technical support tickets to understand customers' problems
• Troubleshooting customer issues in-person, via phone, or via Zoom
• Providing high-quality customer service during entire process to resolve technical issues
• Documenting pertinent information to ensure smooth handoff if other teams need to be consulted or another professional must take over the case
• Collaborating with or escalating appropriate tickets to correct team for resolution of issues
• Diagnosing technical issues and providing information to customers to solve their problems
• Maintain a positive attitude and a customer-first mentality even during difficult situations
• Installing and configuring hardware and software with supervision
• Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers
• Following up with customers to ensure problems are resolved as appropriate

• Collaborate with user research, change management, and other key members of the collaboration tech and user enablement teams

Collaboration Tech (A/V Support)
How you'll CREATE:
• Ensures day-to-day conference room operations are maintained by completing room checks and assist on-site tech support.
• Joins weekly sync calls with AV Vendors and Facilities to review projects, issues, and keeps all teams aligned with business goals.
• Follows procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
• Assists in testing and documenting new products to consider for clients within conference rooms.
• Drive adoption and future of work strategies by working with leadership/management teams and end users.
• Provide virtual, hybrid, and on location event support for large scale events (townhalls, conventions, etc.)
• Support the development and delivery of training materials as needed.

Salary Range:

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
