Job Description

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join the Studio Communications Team. The intern is responsible for managing and monitoring the studio's social and digital media platforms. The intern will also support the team in various Communications needs, including events, media relations and community outreach engagements.

What You Will Do
• Create regular and engaging content for Ubisoft Singapore's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Analyse performance of our digital platforms and produce reports with insights to inform of the overall digital media strategy.
• Be on top of social media trends, and propose ways for Ubisoft Singapore to engage in relevant and trending online topics or conversations.
• Manage the studio website, ensuring that content is relevant and up-to-date.
• Support the Studio Communications team's other functions, including events, media relations, studio communications, and community outreach engagements.

Qualifications

What You Bring
• Prior experience in managing community or corporate social media accounts, or proven track record of strong engagement on a personal social media account.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Attention to details.
• Someone who is fun, positive and creative.
• Love of video games is a plus.
• Selected candidate must be available for a minimum of 3 months; 6 months preferred.
