Turner Studios is the creative and technical television production facility that serves all the Turner Network Brands in areas of: studio, location and social media production, editorial, audio design, graphic design and animation.

The Daily

In this position one will observe, spend time and train in the following areas:
• Studio Camera Operation, studio pedestal, Hand-held, CamMate/Jib, etc.
• Studio Lighting, design, install, show operation, lighting console operation.
• Studio Teleprompter operation, script prep and live or live-to- tape show operation.
• Studio Floor Manager, liaison and conduit of information from Production Control Room to the studio production personnel.
• Technical Directing of live and taped productions.
• Editing using the EVS system for highlights, playback and more.
• On-screen Graphics creation and playout for live and taped productions.
• Audio production (A1 & A2) for live and taped productions.

The Essentials
• Should have a strong interest in technical production work.
• Positions are targeted to college juniors, seniors and graduate students based on experience requirement.
• Students are be able to intern the semester immediately following graduation and up to 6 months post-graduation (they must apply for the position within the 6-month post-graduation window).
• International students may be considered, if they can provide their own sponsorship. We will request the appropriate documentation at time of offer

Summer 2020 program dates are June 1st through August 7th. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
