What are we looking for?
The purpose of the Tastemade Internship is to support a diverse cohort of college students in their pursuit to their chosen career paths in the media industry. The internship will provide space for meaningful relationships, access to knowledge directly from the media field, and professional development to students during a 12- week virtual program. We are looking for passionate students who want to change the world through their chosen craft.
The People Operations Team at Tastemade oversees all human resources functions, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives. In this Internship, you will explore and learn about Tastemade's modern approach to supporting the people that work here. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about connecting and helping with others and making an impact.

What you'll be doing:
• Deep dive into all faces of People Operations, including but not limited to talent acquisition/recruiting, employee experience, human resources compliance and diversity.
• Gain an understanding of human resource compliance and how it applies in workplaces
• Meet weekly with a cohort of interns who are passionate about making waves in media
• Meet with different business units to learn the ins and outs of the Tastemade business
• Make meaningful relationships with the Tastemade team and otherwise
• Gain experiential knowledge, practice time, and shadowing opportunities from Tastemade team
• Present a culminating project presented to the Tastemade team

Details:
• This opportunity will be an unpaid internship
• This opportunity will start June 7th and end the week of August 27th.
• To participate, you must be available for 2 hours on Monday from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Pacific, as well as a total of 4 hours each on two of the following days; Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Total hours will be 10 per week.
• This opportunity will be completely virtual and interns must be located in California
• This opportunity will supply you with school credit through student's chosen school/university
