2024 Summer Internship, Content Strategy & Business Development | Podcast (New York City)

Spotify is looking for enthusiastic students with a passion for all things podcasts and an ambition to gofar! This isn't just any internship! Our paid internship program will give you the chance to gain in-depthknowledge of what it's like to be a Spotify employee as well as a front-row seat at a leader in music, podcast, and audiobook streaming! Our summer internships will last for approximately 10 weeks this summer and start inthe beginning of June 2024.

We are looking for a Podcast Content & Business Strategy Intern to #JoinTheBand. In this internship, you will help us on our mission of creating and acquiring distinctive podcast content that celebrates the stories and lives of the people working in and around music. In addition, you'll have a front-row seat to the evolution of one of Spotify's fastest growing business units. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences podcasts!

What You'll Do
• Conduct evaluations and financial & strategic analyses on content portfolio and monetization
• Provide insights and research on developments in the podcast & advertising space to inform podcast business strategic decisions
• Work directly with teams across podcast business, strategy, advertising, partnerships, studios, production, legal, and FP&A in other cross-functional products

Who You Are
• You are pursuing an MBA or a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Accounting with a planned graduation date of 2025
• You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2024
• You are available from June to August 2024 to participate in the summer internship

Where You'll Be
• This role will require you to work out of our New York City Office
• Working hours? We operate within ET for collaboration

The United States hourly rate for this position is $32 USD per hour plus a one time intern stipend of $2,253 USD and is overtime eligible. This rate may be modified in the future. The role is eligible for select benefits such as Paid Public Holidays, Free Spotify Premium, and Learning and Development Trainings.
Our paid summer internships last for approximately 10 weeks and start at the beginning of June. The last day to apply is March 15th 2024 at 9 AM ET.
