Creative Intern - Social Media and Photography

Job Description

This is a paid Internship and weekly hours are flexible. This position is partially in-person, as few hours a week at the office located in Beverly Hills will be required and for the most part it will be remote.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and generate ideas for social media content related to commercial production, music video production, and fashion shoots.

- Assist in creating visually appealing and relevant social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Research and curate industry-related content, including articles, videos, and images, to share on social media platforms.

- Coordinate with photographers, models, and other team members to plan and execute photo shoots for commercial production, music video production, and fashion shoots.

- Assist in preparing and setting up equipment and props for photography sessions.

- Assist in editing and retouching photos using software tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.

- Help maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all social media platforms.

- Monitor social media analytics and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

- Provide general administrative support to the creative team, such as organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in photography, visual communication, marketing, or a related field.

- Basic video editing skills, specifically using Adobe Premiere Pro

- Knowledge of graphics software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, AfterEffects would be great

- Knowledge of social media platforms and understanding of social media ad dashboards is a plus

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Basic knowledge of commercial production, music video production, and fashion industry trends.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction and feedback constructively.

- Portfolio or examples of previous photography and social media content creation work (if available) demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
