Summer Intern - Information Technology - Information Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a summer intern to work on the Information Systems team. This team falls within Sinclair's Information Technology department. You will gain on-the-job experience and exposure to HR systems, data analysis, IT/HR procedures, the Oracle Human Capital Management Application, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data entry
• Customer support/troubleshooting issues in support of our HR Information System (Oracle) using ServiceNow as the ticketing system.
• Updating/creating process documents for incident resolution and workflows
• Data analysis of systems data to support IT/HR initiatives.
• Workflow documentation to support new business requirements and enhancements.
• Quality assurance testing
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Ability to learn and adapt as priorities may shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail.
