Job Description
The Marketing Intern position provides support for the Brand Marketing team. The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting with Sesame Workshop franchises. This role will include meeting prep, asset management, and overall support of franchise campaigns. This role will work both independently and collaboratively on tasks that create buzz and awareness while driving tune-in. This position will also take on other duties as assigned and needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Support manager in meetings by compiling pitch and recap decks, agendas, and notes
• Support manager in handling asset management by coordinating, organizing, and following up on asset feedback
• Support manager in coordinating logistics for campaign promotional content creation and experiential moments

Skills and Knowledge Required
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential matters
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and anticipate work needs in a changing environment
• Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and independent proactiveness
• Ability to be flexible with work assignments and environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft & Google Suites
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and to exercise creativity
• Curiosity, kindness, and a collaborative ''can-do'' approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities from different team members
• Comfortable working in-person and remotely as needed
• Experience with Frame.io and iMeet is a bonus

Qualifications
• Must be enrolled as either a Junior or Senior
• This position requires both in-person office and remote work
• Candidates with an interest in children's media are highly encouraged to apply
