Brand Partnerships
How you'll CREATE:
The Republic Brand Partnerships team works across the collective roster of over 250+ artists to identify strategic partnerships and alignments between its artists and brands. Opportunities can range from multi-year endorsement deals, product line collaborations, original music creation, live performance events, social campaigns, music video product placements and event sponsorships of album release parties.
• Daily roundup of current events/happenings: Scan of the web, news and social media to see what is happening in the brand world and key news updates as well as new partnership announcements
• Artist one sheets: Help in pulling updates on artists social followers, latest bio info, etc.
• Brainstorm sessions: Attend internal department artist brainstorm sessions to ideate on brands that could make sense for artists on the roster
• Client calls: Attend select calls with VP of Brand Partnerships and Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships when appropriate to hear first-hand how the process works
• Brand prep/research: Aid in gathering key info and research prior to important external brand calls
• Event research: Curate lists of venues, vendors and ideas for event activations
• Term project: Ongoing project throughout the term of the internship to create a response to a brand brief as well as build out an album release event and sponsorships
• Closet inventory: Help in organizing the brand closet, tracking inventory, assist in packaging priority shipments for key artists and client
• In-Office artist showcases: Attend artist showcase performances with the team

How you'll CREATE:
The Radio Promotion Department at Republic Records is charged with leading radio campaigns across T40, Rhythm, Hot AC/Adult, Alt, AAA, and Rock radio formats for some of the world's biggest artists and up-and-coming super stars.
• Updating binders for department heads with streaming data, radio chart positions, Shazam data, etc.
• Creating graphs and visually appealing data to showcase Republic singles' success
• Run contesting along with radio stations; book travel for winners, collect compliance documents, etc.
• Analyzing chart data and playlist reports for Spotify, Apple, etc.
• Pulling DMA reports for Republic singles in specific regions of the USA
