About the Show
Tribute Band Sessions is a fast-growing podcast and media platform exploring the global tribute-band movement — a billion-dollar live-music industry filling theaters, casinos, and festivals worldwide. The show features in-depth interviews with top tribute artists, industry insiders, managers, and musicians, and is expanding across audio, video, and social platforms.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Intern to help shape and manage the show’s online presence.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, real-world media internship. You’ll be actively involved in day-to-day content execution, not just observing.
Social Media & Marketing

Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X

Write engaging captions, hooks, and short-form copy aligned with the show’s brand

Help develop weekly posting strategies tied to new episodes and clips

Track engagement and identify what content performs best
Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit short-form video clips from podcast episodes (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)

Add basic captions, titles, and formatting for social platforms

Organize video assets and assist with content workflows
Brand & Growth Support

Help maintain a consistent voice and visual style across platforms

Assist with promotional campaigns for new episodes and special guests

Collaborate on creative ideas to grow reach and audience engagement
Who This Is For

Students or early-career creatives interested in music, podcasting, media, or marketing

Comfortable with social platforms and short-form video culture

Basic experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar

Strong writing skills for captions and short promotional copy

Organized, reliable, and able to meet posting deadlines
