Job Description

Mentee positions for unpaid entry-level roles where individuals can learn from mentors who are experienced professionals in departments like public relations, pre-production, casting, post-production, talent management, music, or art direction.


Qualifications:

We are seeking a fast learner on the entertainment industry business side: Public Relations (red carpet logistics); Talent Management and Content Creation.

• Commitment of 12-20 hours per week is required, for a minimum of 3 months. Work 3-4 days both in person and

remotely at our office space in Los Angeles.

• A thorough knowledge of the social media landscape and best practices to grow talents’ various platforms.

• Must be based near or in Los Angeles for the full duration of the internship and have reliable transportation.

• Good project management and planning skills

• Strong interest in the entertainment industry and pop culture.

• Must be detailed oriented with a strong understanding of the English language.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Be a proactive individual who understands deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• The flexibility and ability to work cross-departmentally on projects and research to meet client and business

needs.

• Support the Publicist and/or Talent Manager in managing their talent roster.

• Participate in all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the company.

• Demonstrating accuracy in the execution of assigned tasks

• Regularly update presentations and talent media kits

• Handle day-to-day organization with talent.

• Attend events alongside talent as applicable.

• Support the teams work in A&R, talent agency, music management, marketing, development, production and

especially social media.
