Job Description
The Worldwide contractual, financial and compliance policy projects, include but are not limited to
• Support of financial and participation statements process
• Research, preparation and organization of support for internal and external auditors
• Monitoring and implementation of internal polices and guidelines
• Financial and accounting transaction analysis
• International tax filings, and other ad-hoc financial related project supporting the Corporate CFO.
The Intern will assist with various ongoing corporate financial special projects, will maintain and review policy updates, test and implement ERP systems and legacy system updates. There are on going analysis related to participant and residuals audits and claims (settlement / negotiation / litigation) preperation work. The intern will support the key project initiatives in flight during the summer (40%) and support the P&R team audits (30%) and guild claims (30%).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $20.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
