Job Description
Is this the role for you?

To support the Operations team in its daily commercial and supply chain activities across Paramount's physical business, ensuring product availability and delivering high levels of customer service. This role will involve working with Paramount's supply chain and licensee partners, collaborating with other Paramount departments to deliver on company goals.

What will you be doing?
• Support packaging/disc-label localisation so that all deliverables are available at Paramount's replicator on time, confirm packaging specifications to replicator
• Ensure existing Licensee details, including pricing, MOQ's, credit limits etc. are up to date and shared
• Support sub-licensing initiatives by reporting on asset availability (incl. languages) for provided titles/market.
• Maintain source content and check disc distribution lists, ensuring contacts are updated on time
• Prepare reports as requested to support International and Domestic Operations teams
• Support Licensee markets with any non-conformance/quality issues
• Support local authoring initiatives
• Raise purchase orders in SAP, and manage any miscellaneous stock requisition/shipping requests
• Help develop and standardise existing process documentation
• Maintain product sample library & manage product sample requests from internal & external clients
• General reporting / admin tasks

What we are looking for?
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable engaging with other colleagues management, 3rd party vendors, and a variety of international partners
• High attention to detail, well organised and good time management skills
• Proactive and solution-orientated when dealing with challenges
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be flexible regarding work commitments
• High levels of integrity and honesty
• Forward-thinking, upbeat, confident, and curious. Someone who enjoys a hands-on internship
• Collaborative and constructive – a standout colleague
• Able to take direction.
• Passion for film and good product knowledge

All Interns should be:
• Over 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a UK bank account in their own name
