Legal Affairs (JD/LLM) Internships (Summer 2024, Hybrid- Miami)

The Miami Business and Legal Affairs (BALA) department works closely with various departments, including Licensing Acquisitions, Sports, Production, and Pluto. The Miami BALA team identifies business and legal concerns related to a variety of projects and helps create solutions to such business and legal challenges. We also negotiate and draft various agreements (including talent agreements, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, format agreements, sports rights agreements, etc.) for the above referenced client groups.

Eligibility:
• Internships are available to students enrolled in a JD/LLM program in the fall of 2024. If you are graduating by May/June 2024, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
• You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
• Interns will be required to work hybrid or fully on-site for the duration of the program.
• Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
