Job Description

Our Budapest shared service center supports the worldwide financial and accounting operation of Paramount and reports to the New York HQ.
Our Functional Process Improvement team is an innovative team supporting numerous Paramount finance/ accounting teams in Budapest and New York.
• We build automations, offer and organize training materials and maintain accounting systems
• Our approach supports close collaboration with our fellow colleagues meaning daily communication in English, and acquisition of business knowledge in a fast pace.

Our new intern will be responsible for Account Reconciliation Tool Admin tasks, regular and ad-hoc maintenance of responsibility matrix. Work together with other team members to create dashboards by leveraging data visualization tools. Support communication in connection with admin tasks.
• Collaborate with other teams (including US teams) on responsibility split and understand requirements
• Monitor and run admin and business reports
• Understand and flag deviations from business rules
• Support data visualization team and deliver reports on a regular basis
• Deliver new ideas and leverage all tools available to create best in class responsibility matrix
• Perform admin tasks on systems owned by FPI Team
• Prepare training material and policies in line with line manager's instructions

Qualifications
• Active, full time training student status in a Hungarian university/ college is a must - Accounting and/ or business informatics studies
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• VBA/ Macro is a plus
• Problem solver mindset
• Fast learner
• Positive, 'can do' attitude
• Cooperative
• Act with integrity
• Min 30 hours per week
