Summary:

Nickelodeon Animation Studio is looking for a Summer 2022 Talent Development Intern. The Talent Development team helps build, develop, and drive Nickelodeon Animation Studios development programs for early to mid-career artists and creators to expand their abilities and create pathways into productions, movies, current series, shorts, and franchise projects.

Responsibilities:
• Help support the department with daily administrative duties
• Attend and take notes at internal and external team meetings
• Maintain program lists and calendars
• Partner with and attend virtual events for schools/ external organizations and programs to foster and pipeline talent
• Pitch ideas and help strategize program content with an inclusive pipeline lens
• Create visually appealing communications to be sent internally and externally

Qualifications:
• MS Office Suite
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for developing emerging talent
