Job Description

KMID-TV, have a full-time paid internship available for undergraduate students. This program allows the ideal candidates the opportunity to experience firsthand how a television station operates. Candidates will spend time in key departments within the television station, such as News Operations, Production/Creative Services, Digital Operations, Technical/Engineering, among other things.
The ideal candidates MUST demonstrate professionalism and strive to reach the highest standard of excellence. Interns are required to work a specified schedule and work in business attire. They must also possess a strong collaborative spirit and understand the vision and creativity necessary to put on a newscast. The ideal candidate should have strong comprehensive writing and communication skills. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age. Must have own transportation and flexibility in hours scheduled.
Salary Range: $15.00 Hourly
