Here at NBCU, we strive to be on the forefront of leading-edge technology and are seeking a savvy troop of technologists we call ''Media Tech Interns.'' Our program exposes students to technical opportunities across NBCUniversal's Operations & Technology organizations and serves as a main pipeline into our Rotational Associate Programs. As a NBCUniversal Media Tech Intern, you will be placed on an assignment (matched according to your skillset and interest), which will provide you with hands-on experience, allowing you to apply your classroom knowledge to practical situations.
Students will experience firsthand how one of the largest media and entertainment companies in the world operates and delivers strategic, innovative solutions.
Potential Opportunities span across:
Engineering: Responsible for the design, implementation and support of all technology, software and infrastructure for Global Media Operations and Production Operations, while ensuring reliable content delivery and linear origination across NBCU's operations.

Information Technology: Provides strategic guidance, innovative technological solutions, customer service and information security across NBCUniversal. This team works to simplify and improve our clients' experiences with technology while developing innovative solutions that transform how we shape the future of media and entertainment.

In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution preferably in a technical field (computer science, information technology, engineering, or related major/minor) and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress
Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal
Strong interest in the media industry
Passionate about staying current with technology landscape
Commitment to building an inclusive work environment
Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively as part of a project team and foster team cooperation
Demonstrated technical/analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous internship experience and on-campus involvement
