Job Description
HR Intern (3 days per week)
Responsibilities
NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies in the development, production, and marketing of entertainment, news, and information to a global audience. NBC Universal owns and operates a valuable portfolio of news and entertainment networks, a premier motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, and world-renowned theme parks.
This is a great opportunity for an HR student to join the ANZ HR team and the NBCUniversal Internship Program. This role will report into the HR Director, supporting the wider HR team with programs and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support for the delivery of virtual and in-person people and culture plans for ANZ.
• Provide support for the generation of HR communications.
• To assist in the development of Early Careers employees.
• Provide support to the HR team on employee lifecycles processes and actions.

Qualifications/Requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Work, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well organized with great prioritisation skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication and a great team player.
- Passionate about the Film industry.
- Currently undertaking university study in the HR discipline.
