Job Description
Reporting to the Director of PR and Communications you will be integral in assisting the team with external communications and PR across the lifestyle, entertainment and family portfolio of channels in the region, including Bravo, DreamWorks, Studio Universal and NBCUniversal's all reality streaming service Hayu.

Responsibilities:
• Working alongside the team to develop external communications across our portfolio of brands, promoting new and exciting shows and/or channels.
• Collating press clippings and tracking all media coverage for brands and priority series.
• Assisting and compiling internal PR coverage reports and decks.
• Managing media contact lists and ensuring they are kept up to date with media movements.
• Tracking industry trends and relevant talent movements.
• Working with programming and our global PR teams to assist with the creation and distribution of the monthly programming highlights, sent to media.
• Asset delivery, including images, screeners and interview requests for media, affiliates and PR agencies.
• Assisting with red carpet opportunities for our 7Bravo host on upcoming film releases.
• Writing and tailoring international media releases for the local market.
• Targeting media outlets and developing pitches to secure coverage to promote programming priorities.
• Talent support, including interviews, on-ground shoots and red-carpet events.
• Assist with raising POs and finance tracking
• Support to the APAC MD office on corporate communications and business development projects
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well organized with great prioritization skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent communication and a great team player
• Passionate about PR, media, entertainment and the television/film industry.
• A people person with an optimistic approach and can-do attitude
• This part time role requires a 9-month commitment, from February 2026 - November 2026

Desired Characteristics
• Currently undertaking university study in Communications/PR
• An interest in working in media and developing a career within the broadcast and entertainment industry
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
