Job Description
THE POSITION – PRODUCTION INTERNAre you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, the Production Intern will assist with administrative and organizational tasks that keep our team running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with maintaining and updating production calendars, logs, and databases
• Helping to track project timelines and deliverables in Asana, Slack, and other tools
• Supporting team meetings by taking notes and updating follow-up tasks
• Organizing digital assets and files (e.g., BOX, shared drives)
• Assisting with vendor setup, invoice tracking, and related admin duties
• Updating team contact sheets, production rosters, and documentation
• Supporting creative brainstorms and research for upcoming content initiatives
• Providing general administrative support to the Production Coordinator and broader Content Marketing team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; preferred fields: Communications, Marketing, Film/TV, Media, or related)
• Recent Graduate, Junior or Senior standing
• Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Highly detail oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in live music and entertainment
This program is during Spring 2026.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.90 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
