THE POSITION –
ONES TO WATCH CREATIVE

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business . You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assist ing in A&R and artists
outreach  
• Curat ing and writ ing articles for web and socials posts for both Ones to Watch and The Noise
• Stay ing up to date with emerging artists, pop culture news, and trends in media/technology
• Assist ing with social copy editing for all things Ones to Watch and The Noise
Assist ing with v ideo production for interviews with Ones to Watch artists 
• Schedul ing and coordinat ing with artists teams for interviews, events and creative 
• Assis ting in day-to-day tasks for team
Ones to Watch
• Help ing s chedule rentals, artists and production for p op- u p events and showcases
• Help ing create and update all decks for Ones to Watch 
• Graphic design / creation for events, merchandise and
occasional socials posts 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Learn the creative process behind Ones to Watch – Artist discovery platform
• Learning how to properly research and keep up with trends and upcoming artists
• Learn how to be hands on and work well in a group environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
• Junior or Senior standing
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting.
• Must be internet savvy, proficient with using the interview as a research tool
• M ust have FULL knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and be able to do various projects unsupervised.
• Experience with Adobe Suites (Premiere, Photoshop, AfterEffects ) is a bonus – please note experience
