THE TEAM
LN Studios is a team of collaborative, talented individuals dedicated to creating and developing artist-driven films and TV series, sharing groundbreaking musically inspired stories to audiences worldwide.
THE ROLE
The Development Intern will have an opportunity to support the creative development process for our film and TV projects, gaining insight into how ideas evolve into greenlit productions.
Timing: Feb 2026 – May 2026
Weekly Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days a week (up to 20 hours per week)
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assist the development staff with organizing incoming pitches and tracking documents.
• Conduct research on new film & TV projects in the market, especially where those projects intersect with live entertainment storylines.
• Support the development assistant in script coverage, i.e. reading scripts and providing summary reports with analyses of the potential for Live Nation Studios to engage with the project.
• Learning the Live Nation Studios mandates so as to properly contribute opinions on projects within that scope.
• Provide general assistance as needed including preparing presentations materials, meeting agendas and overall development-related creative assets.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university with rising Junior, Senior, or recent graduate standing preferred
• Pursuing a degree in the Film industry – Creative, Script Writing, Development or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in film, development and general entertainment industry topics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Google Workspace experience preferred
• Canva and Adobe Studio experience preferred
• Strong communication and note-taking abilities

• Script & Story Evaluation – Learn how to analyze scripts and pitches for creative potential and market fit.
• Creative Development Process – Gain insight into how projects move from concept to greenlight, including research, coverage, and notes.
• Industry Trends & Talent Packaging – Understand the business side of development and how creative decisions align with audience and market trends.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.90 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
