On the CRM team, it is our mission to strengthen the relationship we have with our fans by providing an exceptional experience, which requires delivering the right message, to the right fan, at the right time, through the right channel. To do this, we dig deep to understand our fans so we can personalize their experiences and drive engagement and ticket sales.

Live Nation is looking for a CRM Intern to help the team with their operational tasks for Live Nation and Venue Nation's multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email and push. We are seeking someone who is proactive, super-organized, has exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, data curious and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing daily email and push marketing campaign support for Live Nation and Venue Nation, including audience segmentation, audience builds, A/B testing, QA and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Research and evaluate the questions of CRM stakeholders regarding how to utilize the resources of the department
• We have a variety of teams and problems where you can work and learn; from Engineering, Analytics, Marketing Automation, Product, to Venue and Tour Marketing Team members – see the music business up close from all sides to better understand the elements involved with placing a tour on sale

• Current College Student or recent grad
• Knowledge and/or interest in the music industry
• Advanced writing skills, ability to organize and distil complicated topics to accessible summaries
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and functions
• Working knowledge of HTML programming and HTML editors. Basic knowledge of programing or MySQL a plus
