Title: Temp Content Operations Intern

Reports to: Content Operations Manager & Release Operations Manager

Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-site)

Hourly rate: $16.50/hr

Description:

Roc Nation is looking for a Content Operations Intern. The ideal candidate for this internship is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning more about the music industry.
• Respond to client inquiries related DSP delivery issues as needed
• Assist in maintaining and storing the digital and video assets for all DIY users
• Work with Content/Support team if/when changes to releases are required
• Track the quality of deliveries to key DSPs and report to management
• Meet regularly with the Product team to inform overall product strategy
• Work directly with content operations department to process incoming content
• Assist with metadata review and quality assurance for artist and label partners
• Participate in meetings & brainstorming sessions related process development
• Monitor digital stores for successful deliveries and updates
• Assist in troubleshooting digital supply chain issues
• Help to develop metrics that track performance
• Evaluate potential users and providing support to other new acquisition initiatives
• Provide operational support to promotions/ marketing department
• Provide operational support to the sales/ account management department
• Track competitors and conducting online research
• Helps develop educational articles & resources for our Help Center on Zendesk.
• Assist in establishing improved distribution best practices to better educate & assist Roc Nations DIY users (ie; DSP related updates + tools, etc)

• Interested in the ''behind the scenes'' of music
• Familiar with Digital Stores (TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music)
• Experience with G-Suite and Excel
