THE POSITION – BRAND & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Compiling detailed research for new event opportunities and presenting to management team
• Developing new ideas to elevate current event offerings
• Collaborating with team to identify event partner and sponsorship opportunities
• Assisting with administrative and organizational duties
• Supporting event announcements and on-sales by proofing website copy, offerings, and pricing
• Help coordinate and organize varying Brand-related projects for upcoming event season
• Demonstrate copywriting skills and presentation prowess by assisting Brand team with the creation of varying promotional decks
• Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Learn the process of bringing an event idea to life
• Learning how to properly research target partners, artists, and locations
• Learn how to effectively communicate ideas and research findings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Located in Denver, CO
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
• Junior or Senior standing
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
