Job Description
Lionsgate is seeking a hybrid Worldwide TV Marketing/ Global Strategy and Licensing intern for Summer 2021. This intern will have the unique opportunity to spend half their internship with the Worldwide TV Marketing department, working to promote the global sale and marketing launch of Lionsgate TV shows on multiple broadcast networks and digital platforms. Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to: assisting marketing team with various requests across sales, partner marketing, social media brainstorming, research, asset collection and maintaining show documents.
The intern will also spend half their internship contributing to Lionsgate's Global Strategy & Licensing team, whose mandate is to identify, develop and execute alliances with external partners that can drive incremental revenue for Lionsgate's global distribution business. Candidates will work across many divisions within the studio as well as with clients such as OTT channels, other studios, networks, media startups, advertisers and more. There will be a focus on a small number of key projects, along with support of day-to-day team activity.
This internship will provide a holistic experience and insight into both the business and creative side of the worldwide TV business at Lionsgate. The ideal candidate will be a curious, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, an analytical background and a strategic mindset.

Details
• All internships will be virtual and remote
• Interns can work a minimum of 30 hours/week and up to a maximum of 40 hours/week
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
• Interns must be current rising juniors through recent grads (within 6 months of internship start date)
• Graduate students are eligible to apply
• Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
• All internships are paid
