Intern, Corporate Development (MBA)
Summary of Position
Lionsgate is looking for an MBA intern to join their Corporate Development department. The Corporate Development team works cross-functionally alongside Senior Executives and Divisional Management to analyze a broad range of financial, strategic, operational, and competitive opportunities across the Media and Entertainment landscape. This small team plays an active role in driving future growth for all Lionsgate businesses.

Responsibilities
• Support Corporate Development team with financial analysis and evaluation of growth initiatives
• Partner with business units to understand strategic priorities and future growth opportunities
• Assist with transaction phases including strategic and financial analysis, and due diligence
• Create and prepare presentations for senior management to facilitate discussion of corporate opportunities and other strategic business initiatives
• Monitor the competitive landscape and stay up to date on trends and industry developments
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings/calls

Skills & Qualifications
• Currenlty enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at one time, and rapidly change priorities based on business needs
• Strong team-player
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint

Lionsgate Internship Program – Summer 2026
Program Dates: Tuesday, June 9th – Thursday, August 13th, 2026 (10 Weeks)
The Lionsgate Internship Program is designed to identify, recruit, and develop a diverse group of students that will gain meaningful educational experiences, professional growth, and career opportunities.

The Lionsgate Summer 2026 Internship program dates are: June 9th - August 13th, 2026
All interns are required to attend orientation on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026.
*Deadline to apply is Friday, Feb. 13th
Details
• Interns must not work more than 40 hours per week
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
• Interns must be a currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
• All internships are paid
• Most internship positions will require working 4 days in office
