LIONSGATE - Intern, Business & Legal Affairs (Global Marketing)
The office of Senior Vice President of Business & Legal affairs is seeking an intern to work within the legal division and specifically the team who handles legal oversight of the global marketing division. The intern will assist in various aspects of business and legal affairs with an emphasis on marketing.
Responsibilities
• Drafting service agreements, statements of work, product placement agreements, promotion agreements
• Creating sweepstakes contests rules
• Obtaining clearances & licenses
• Providing risk assessment
• Content review
• Obtaining talent approvals
• Perform Legal analysis
Qualifications & Skills
• Candidate must have completed first year of law school
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office – MS/Word and redlining documents
• Basic knowledge of social media

All interns are required to attend orientation on Monday, June 13th, 2022.
Details
• All internships will be onsite
• Interns can work a minimum of 30 hours/week and up to a maximum of 40 hours/week
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
• Interns must be current rising juniors through recent grads (within 6 months of internship start date)
• Graduate students are eligible to apply
• Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
• All internships are paid
