This internship will be taking place this summer!

• HR Operations and Benefits

What you'll do
• Provide administrative support with scheduling
• Provide operational support: new employee requests, promotion requests, onboarding, exit

interviews
• Assist with analyzing engagement survey data by business group
• Assist with promoting Diversity Equity and Inclusion agenda and initiatives
• Assist with various Learning and Development initiatives

Who you are
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
• You have a sense of urgency
• You are empathetic
• You have a curiosity and expressed interest in maintaining a positive work environment
• You are detail oriented
• You are solutions oriented and able to critically think
• You are a self – starter
• Preferred majors: Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Justice
