The Job:

The role of Global Content Servicing & Solutions is to oversee the digital distribution of media files for HBO MAX, Home Entertainment, International TV, WBTV, Domestic & Int'l WB Syndication. The Servicing operational teams ensure that technology workflows are planned and executed to enable on time, on budget delivery to client technical specifications.

The Daily:
• Oversee work orders into various Warner Media software applications (e.g. GATORsky, MORPh, etc.).
• Liaise with team members to review schedules and identify when digital source files are needed.
• Run departmental reports and monitor deadlines.
• Update and track assets via Smartsheets, Excel and internal databases.
• Initiate delivery of program files.
• Assist in research and communication with cross-departmental teams.

Internship Program:
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (additional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
