The Team

WarnerMedia Brand Experience is WarnerMedia's in-house creative agency supporting all of WarnerMedia corporate (HR, Technology, Ad Sales, etc.)

We help drive the look and feel of the WarnerMedia brand through employee marketing, external campaigns, and experiential activations around the world.

The Job
WM Brand Experience Photography Interns will be involved in the following:
• Assisting producers with shoots in our photo studio by acting as a set production assistant.
• Various duties will include: shopping for craft service, props and wardrobe as needed and helping to create shoot schedules, estimates and call sheets.
• Learning the aspects of being a shoot producer, from the beginning logistics of a new shoot request to the implementation of the shoot itself.
• Learn and assist with production administrative work, which includes creation of the shoot ID, photographer contracts, model releases, certificates of insurance and invoicing.
• Opportunity to read scripts and gain an understanding of how still photography supports the efforts of PR and Marketing
• Observing and assisting during the complete photo process which starts with shoot planning, the shoot itself and through post production
• Keep 5,000 sq. ft. studio organized and maintain extensive photography equipment inventory.
• Assist staff photographers on assignments which may include studio portraiture, on-set photography, still life, and live event photography.
• Work with in-house digital technicians using the latest capture software.
• Work with photo editors on editing photo shoots as well as the opportunity to learn live editing.
• Work with photo researcher on licensing photography and assist photo research and editing on various projects across the WarnerMedia portfolio of networks, brands and corporative initiatives.
• Work with our internal database, Brand Central, photo agencies, and our editing software DF Studio

The Essentials
• Preferred candidates would be: enrolled as a junior, senior or graduate student in college
• A visual take on projects is vital as is a love for photography, cinema, television, music and pop culture
• Have proficient computer skills in basic Mac and PC software
• Possess great communication and organization skills
• Be comfortable working in a team and alone
• Photography background and proficiency in digital photo software a plus but not necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Candidate should be highly organized and detail oriented with a sharp eye for detail

Summer 2020 program dates are June 1 through August 7. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
