Job Description

The Job

HBO Programming is responsible for all scripted comedy & drama series (i.e. WESTWORLD, SUCCESSION, BARRY, INSECURE, etc.). Programming develops new potential series, from pitch to pilot, and simultaneously oversees the day to days of shows currently airing on HBO.

The Daily

Script Coverage
Draft Comparisons and Summaries
Research Assignments
Support Series department executives and assistants (In general, being available and proactive for any task)

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for full duration
of the internship.
• Spring 202 2 program dates are January 24 th
- April 1 5 th ; must be available for full program duration.
• Part -time schedule ( 16-20 hours/week) designed to work around class schedule.
• Fully remote/virtual experience; company owned laptop provided for the duration
of the internship program.
• Salary based
on office location; relocation is not provided
