The Job

The Design Program Strategy team is the liaison between our internal media and creative teams as well as external media and creative agencies to ensure the strategy agreed upon for each campaign is executed accurately and timely. We work closely with our internal media and insights team to help come up with each month's strategy focusing on past performance data and reviewing what new titles we want to highlight coming to the platform. Once strategy is aligned, we make sure the creative needs are met to execute properly. We help translate our media initiatives for our creatives, breaking down the deliverables and specs so they can focus on design, as well as produce creative handled by our external creative agencies. Once creative is finalized we work with our external media agency to ensure assets delivered are QCed and ready to be trafficked.

The Daily
• Work alongside/under Manager, Design Program focusing on 180 campaigns, Direct and Affiliate partners and paid search efforts
• Be apart of the brainstorm process when taking on new initiatives
• Assist with Direct Partner buys-
• QC ticket
• Confirm final deliverables
• Confirm specs & taxonomy
• Help kick off workflows- ensure all parties understand strategy
• Review test links to ensure creative is running correctly
• Help manage timelines & communication with external creative & media agencies
• Assist sharing creative for review to our Creative director and legal team
• Assist Manager, Design Program on special projects

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Spring 2022 program dates are January 24th - April 15th; must be available for full program duration
• Part-time schedule (16-24 hours/week) designed to work around class schedule
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
