Job Description

Responsibilities
• Assisting the Manager, Infrastructure Operations with converting ISP documentation into a CMDB inventory of ISPs
• Collect requirements from Infrastructure leadership & provide regular reports
• Tool designing (Excel, PowerApps, ITSM, SaaS, etc.)
• Vendor identification & internal liaison
• Accurate recording of documentation
• Designing API automation with vendor portals where possible
• Assisting the Manager, Wintel & Manager, Networking with converting infrastructure equipment databases into a centralized CMDB inventory with automatic tool plugins
• Collect requirements from Infrastructure leadership & provide regular reports
• Tool designing (Excel, PowerApps, ITSM, SaaS, etc.)
• Review of existing tooling and documentation
• Consolidate into a central ITSM
• Design automation integration with tools such as MECM, SolarWinds , etc.
• Intune & JAMF helpdesk how-to documentation – Zero Trust Endpoints Program
• Collect requirements from Zero Trust Endpoints Program Manager
• Learn MacOS computer provisioning process (Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP, JAMF Connect, JAMF Pro Smart Group Enrollments, etc .)
• Learn Intune computer provisioning process (DLM procurement ''Intune Ready Device '', Intune AutoPilot , Device & User Configuration & Compliance Policies)
• Develop How to documentation to aid in end user management of system s

Qualifications
• Relevant Educational Background
- Information Technology, Computer Science,
or related fields.
• Experience in IT - Has built their own computer or has their own home lab – demonstrates core competencies in completing at-home or college-related IT projects
• Understanding of basic networking concepts
- familiarity with IP addressing, DNS, network protocols, which are crucial for managing ISPs and network inventories
• Familiarity with Database Management – knowledge of database management systems like SQL or simple Excel/Access
• Analytical and Problem-Solving – building a CMDB often involves troubleshooting and resolving data inconsistencies or errors
• Attention to Detail – managing inventory requires meticulousness . Intern should be detail -oriented to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CMDB
• Communication Skills – should be able to articulate issues, document their work, and collaborate with the team and vendors.
• Project Management Skills – basic project management skills are a plus . The intern may need to manage their work effectively to meet deadlines

Program Details

We have internships available across our businesses at 160/90, Corporate Services, Endeavor Analytics, IMG Arena, IMG Events, IMG Media (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League) , IMG Production & Studios, Licensing, On Location, Professional Bull Riders, and WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include Beverly Hills, New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, Pueblo, CO, London, Paris, and Gliwice, Poland. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
Our program will include a welcome event, speaker series, career planning sessions, team projects, and other events throughout the 10 weeks you're with us.

Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted.

Important Dates
• Mid-January : Recruiters begin reviewing applications and reaching out to candidates.
• February 17 th: Applications close.
• March 31st: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending all offers by this date.
• June 3rd : Internship starts.
• August 9 th: Internship ends.

Recruitment Process
Our process consists of 4 steps.

2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected for next steps, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.

3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.

4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility
Our internships are designed with rising junior and senior undergraduate candidates in mind; however, current college enrollment is not required for all of
our internships.

Pay

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
