DreamWorks Animation Television is seeking an intern for the Music Department. This intern will gain valuable knowledge of the music creative, production, and administrative aspects of music for film/television. They will be responsible for assisting various members of the team with administrative duties, downloading and categorizing new music submissions, and miscellaneous tasks as needed. Additionally, this intern will also learn the technical process of how the department processes cue sheets, manages assets, and handles music publishing requests.
Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing to work in Glendale, CA
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Demonstrates strong passion for music in film/tv

Desired Characteristics: ''What can I offer?''
• Strong knowledge of pop culture, with familiarity of current artists and their work
• Foundational knowledge of music business/music-related concepts
• Current class standing of junior or above (or equivalent) preferred
• Some familiarity with DISCO and other music-related tools/platforms preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude; capable of working independently and collaboratively
Hourly Rate: $17.87
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
