About the DDM Summer Internship Program:
The Dotdash Meredith Summer Internship Program is a 10 week full time program that runs from June 3rd through August 9th, based out of our New York office. The intern program consists of hands-on learning, opportunities to create work that has an impact on the business, along with workshops in preparing you for post-college life (resume / interviewing) plus, some fun events throughout the summer!
The rate for our DDM Summer Internship is $20/hour.

About the Team:
The Editorial Operations team provides product support for the publishing tools and applications that were built in-house by the Greenhouse Team. We are responsible for providing technical support for users across all departments, including Editorial, Growth, and Commerce. Our team is on the front lines and ensures product bugs or gaps are addressed and escalated to the appropriate engineering team.
About the Role:
The Editorial Operations Internship is a fantastic learning experience for any intern looking to learn what it's like to work for a premium online publisher. The team works with editorial, product, commerce, and many other departments so there will be a great view into the varied aspects of online publishing.
The intern would assist the EdOps team with:
• Fielding questions about DDM's publishing platform from both staff editors and contractors
• Troubleshooting bug reports and escalating problems to the appropriate product and tech teams
• Creating and editing publishing platform FAQ's and documentation
About You:
• Experience in providing technical or operations support, preferably with websites or applications
• Detail-oriented, communicative, team player, and creative problem solver
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, HTML, and browsers
• Interest in technology/product support and print/digital publishing
Pay Range
Hourly: $20 - $20
