About the Role & Program:The Walt Disney Studios encompasses the creation, production, promotion, sales, acquisition and domestic and international distribution of live-action and animated motion pictures, DVD releases, live stage plays, and music and soundtrack recordings.
We have an opening in our Live Action Motion Picture Production team in Physical Production. Intern will interact with several departments (Finance, Legal, Creative, Post Production, VFX, Marketing, Franchise, Emerging Technology, Animal Sciences, etc.). To gain a broad understanding of Feature Film Production from the Studio perspective. If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager, Physical Production.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from June 2025 through December 2025.
What You Will Do:
• Assist with various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production
• Attend and help set up internal studio meetings and meetings with our productions
• Distribute and track Below the Line contracts
• Act as a liaison between Production Payroll Accountants and Studio Production Executives in ensuring the ongoing studio approval of payroll documents
• Work on various Research and Development projects including crafting set lists, script comparisons, pulling images, acquiring location packages from films commissions, etc.
• Maintain digital files and assets on department server and online database
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Assist with various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior internship experience in production field
Education:
• Senior year preferred
• Current student with a Film & Television Production major (or minor) with either some background in Film, Television, and/or Visual Effects
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Fully available from 5 days of the week, 9am – 6 pm PST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, CA area
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
